for the month of June, we’re doing stretches and drills to get closer to the splits just in time for summer.

every ten days you'll get a new batch of videos that you'll follow daily. the poses increase in intensity as the challenge continues.

The flow

This challenge is condensed into 30 days to build consistency but there’s really no deadline on doing the splits, so if you need more time or if the poses in a certain section aren’t working for you, spend some more time on earlier videos,  it’s no big deal. all classes are recorded and will stay on the platform so as long as you have a membership, you can always come back to it.

01 Explore

Starting off slow, we’ll use breath work and props to gradually release tension in the hamstrings and hip flexors, laying the foundation for the splits.

02 Expand

Taking it a step further we’ll explore variations of the foundational poses and integrate strength to increase flexibility and mobility. safely moving closer towards the splits.

03 Emerge

Here’s where we get creative. we’ll use straps, blocks and the wall to bring our flexibility to the next level. in this phase you’ll get the push you need to fully enter the splits.
